My room included a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The staff was affable and amicable.

The room was really nice and brand new, plus it had a balcony! 🌅.

the hotel was deluxe, the room was well-equipped, the beds were large. its location in the middle of jackson was great and good. also, this venue was located 2 miles away from limon town hall.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the town. the staff here are super friendly and really attentive to everyone's needs. My suite was lovely and had a nice balcony to enjoy 😊.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the center of town. It was convenient for exploring the area during Christmas. The parking space assigned to the hotel was also a plus, as it made it easy for us to park our car. the staff provided great service and were friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was in desperate need of renovation. It felt like we had stepped back in time to the 1970s or 80s.

Heating was lacking.

Amazing lakefront location with fine views. The recently renovated rooms are modern and well-appointed. The staff were really good too accommodate our late check-in and even offered to prepare an early breakfast for us. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. Despite the hotel needing some restoration work, the owner's efforts are evident in the new rooms and apartments. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and great personnel.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet endroit merveilleux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Maïté, qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée et d'une propreté impeccable. La salle de bain était également moderne et bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, qui était très agréable, ainsi que du magnifique jardin. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec du pain frais et une grande variété de choix. De plus, nous avons pu nous garer facilement devant l'hôtel. La situation était parfaite, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Le meilleur aspect de notre séjour était sans aucun doute la gentillesse et l'attention de Maïté, qui était aux petits soins pour nous et rendait notre séjour encore plus agréable.
